Spread Love is a 2-hour kids’ yoga and craft workshop that invites students to open their hearts to others. The yoga flow and guided meditation will encourage kids to release emotions, build confidence, and spread their love. Students will also decorate a personalized box of heart-shaped sugar cookies to share with friends and family. This workshop is intended for students in grades 1 - 6. Kids should wear comfortable yoga attire and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats are available for use. Craft supplies are included.
