Choose Joy is a 2-hour kids’ yoga and craft workshop intended to cultivate happiness. After an upbeat yoga flow and relaxing guided meditation, students will craft a cheerful paper flower pinwheel to display on their wall at home. This workshop is intended for students in grades 1 - 6. Kids should wear comfortable yoga attire and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats are available for use. Craft supplies are included.
