Applicants must:

• be able to connect with kids and clearly communicate with parents

• hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

• have years of classroom teaching or counseling experience in grades Pre-K - 9

• have current teaching or counseling licensure

• have (or will obtain) a fingerprint clearance card

 
Biggest areas of need: 

• executive functions support

• remedial support in core subjects of math, reading & writing

• general homework support and management

• specialty reading intervention (OG, Wilson, Barton)

• self-regulation, yoga & mindfulness

• enrichment areas: art, baking, crafts, innovation, music ,etc.
