Workshop Description:

Embrace the cozy, calming vibes of winter in Winter Chill! This class invites kids to unwind with gentle yoga and soothing breathwork—followed by a creative session where they decorate winter-themed mugs and make a delicious cup of hot chocolate.

Cozy Yoga Poses & Calming Breathwork:

Kids will relax with peaceful poses and deep, soothing breaths:

• Child’s Pose: A nurturing stretch for body and mind.

• Downward Dog: Release tension and welcome calm.

Decorate Mugs & Make Hot Chocolate:

After yoga, the creative fun continues as kids get hands-on:

• Mug Decorating: Use colorful paint pens to personalize a winter-themed mug.

• Hot Chocolate Creation: Whip up a special treat complete with marshmallows.
