Workshop Description:

Celebrate love and joy in Hearts & Happiness! This special class combines heart-opening yoga with creative crafting to help kids build strength, kindness, and meaningful connections—plus, they get to make beautiful friendship bracelets!

Heart-Opening Yoga & Partner Stretches:

Kids will flow through engaging poses designed to open their hearts:

• Camel Pose: Stretch out and open up with a warm, inviting pose.

• Bridge Pose: Strengthen both body and spirit with partner stretches.

Create Friendship Bracelets:

After yoga, children will design and craft their very own friendship bracelets:

• Handcrafted Keepsakes: Choose fun colors and patterns to make special bracelets.

• Share the Love: Gift them to friends or keep them as a reminder of joy.
