Workshop Description:

Step into a world of color and creativity with Rainbow Dreams! In this inspiring class, kids will explore imaginative yoga poses and fun craft activities that celebrate the beauty and joy of rainbows.

Vibrant Yoga Flow:

Kids will enjoy a series of rainbow-inspired poses that build balance and positivity:

• Lotus Pose: Find calm and center amidst a burst of color.

• Tree Pose: Grow strong and steady, just like a tree.

• Crescent Moon Pose: Embrace the gentle glow of the evening sky.

Create Your Rainbow Dreamcatcher:

After yoga, children will craft their very own rainbow dreamcatcher:

• Colorful Creations: Use vibrant yarn, beads, and feathers to design a unique dreamcatcher.

• Positive Vibes: A special keepsake to hang and invite sweet dreams.
