Workshop Description:

Embrace the festive season with Holiday Cheer! This joyful class combines winter-themed yoga with creative crafting, as kids celebrate the holidays by making beautiful print cards to share with loved ones or donate to brighten someone’s day.

Festive Yoga Flow:

Kids will move through winter-inspired poses that build strength and joy:

• Snowflake Pose: Flow into movements as unique as a snowflake.

• Star Pose: Shine bright with every stretch and smile.

Create Your Holiday Print Cards:

After yoga, children will design and craft their very own holiday cards using stamps and prints:

• Design with Delight: Create festive patterns and cheerful designs.

• Share the Joy: Take home a set of cards to gift or donate and spread holiday cheer.
