Shine & Shimmer is a 2-hour kids’ yoga and craft workshop that invites students to stretch their limits and celebrate their individuality. After a fun-spirited yoga flow and guided meditation, students will create a customized set of glitter tube bracelets with colors and materials to express themselves. This workshop is intended for students in grades 1 - 6. Kids should wear comfortable yoga attire and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats are available for use. Craft supplies are included.
