Workshop Description:
Celebrate the unique bond between mothers and children with Petals & Poses—a heartwarming Mother’s Day event for kids and their moms (or special caregivers)! This workshop combines yoga, creativity, and connection to create cherished memories in a supportive, joyful atmosphere.
Yoga Flow:
Enjoy a gentle yoga session designed to foster mindfulness and gratitude while strengthening your connection:
Partner Poses: Share heartwarming moments with collaborative, gentle yoga moves.
Calming Stretches: Relax together with stretches that bring ease and harmony.
Crafting Together:
Unleash your creativity as you and your child design upcycled, string-wrapped vases adorned with stunning handmade paper flowers—beautiful keepsakes that honor your special bond and serve as a lovely decoration or heartfelt gift.
