Lift Others Up is a 2-hour kids’ yoga and craft workshop that emphasizes the importance of working collaboratively and supporting friends and community members. Students will participate in a lively yoga flow with partner poses, relax with a themed meditation, and then decorate kindness rocks to share with others. This workshop is intended for students in grades 1 - 6. Kids should wear comfortable yoga attire and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats are available for use. Craft supplies are included.
