Discover Peace Within is a 2-hour kids’ yoga and craft workshop intended to melt excess stress away. After a peaceful yoga flow and guided meditation, students will learn techniques to unwind and find inner peace in the midst of their busy schedule. They will also have the opportunity to concoct a personalized sugar body scrub with scents of their choice. This workshop is intended for students in grades 1 - 6. Kids should wear comfortable yoga attire and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats are available for use. Craft supplies are included.
