Workshop Description:

Indulge in an afternoon of relaxation, creativity, and self-care at our Pamper Party! Designed for kids ages 6–11, this delightful class blends gentle yoga with spa-themed crafts to inspire confidence, mindfulness, and plenty of fun pampering.

Relaxing Yoga Flow:

Kick off the party with a calming yoga session that helps kids stretch and unwind:

• Gentle Poses: Ease into movements that soothe body and mind.

• Breathing & Meditation: Find inner calm with simple guided exercises.

Creative Spa Crafts:

Then, dive into a series of fun, spa-themed activities:

• Nail Art: Design and paint nails with bright colors and cute stickers.

• DIY Face Masks: Mix up a natural, kid-friendly face mask for a spa-worthy glow.

• Aromatherapy: Choose scents like lavender, lemon, or peppermint to create a personalized mist.
