Feel It, Then Let It Go is a fun, invigorating 2-hr yoga and mindfulness workshop designed just for tweens. Through held yoga poses, breathing exercises, and guided meditation, students will learn to recognize their emotions and find healthy ways to release them. As a creative addition, students will also have the opportunity to craft their own calm jar, allowing them to visually represent their emotions and practice the art of letting go in a calming and artistic way. This workshop is intended for students in grades 5 - 8. Students should wear comfortable yoga attire. Yoga mats are available for use. Craft supplies are included.
